Introduction
The Kingdom of Babkha is one of the founding members of the Grand Commonweatlh, a supra-micronational entity that organises the foreign and military affairs of its dependent member states. This means that since April 2005, the Kingdom of Babkha has no longer a ministry of foreign affairs. Babkha still has an influence in the foreign affairs policy of the Grand Commonwealth through its delegates thereto. Furthermore, Babkhan citizens play an active role in the executive branch of the Grand Commonwealth.

The Empire & Commonwealth Office (ECO) replaced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after the formation of the Grand Commonwealth. The ECO has the task of streamlining the co-operation between Babkha and the Grand Commonwealth, to provide for smooth communication and to promote the activity of Babkhan citizens on the commonwealth level.
